At Core Atelier, we are dedicated to delivering personalized experiences that embody precision, thoughtful detail, and a genuine commitment to mindful movement.
We believe Pilates is more than just exercise—it's an experience. Our classes are intentionally kept small with group sizes of just three, enabling us to craft sessions as unique as the individuals who step into our studio.
Every element of Core Atelier reflects this philosophy. We take pride in creating a space where every detail is considered, every moment deliberate, and every experience thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate your Pilates journey.
Our Story
The philosophy behind Core Atelier is deeply rooted in a shared vision between June and Lena—a belief that movement is not just a physical practice, but a deeply personal journey.
What began as a shared appreciation for mindful movement evolved into a partnership shaped by their unique strengths—June, whose meticulous eye for craftsmanship and artistic design finds beauty in precision and thoughtful detail, and Lena, whose teaching expertise, enriched by her background as a professional dancer, embodies a profound understanding of movement and the body.

Lena's journey into Pilates began as she transitioned into a corporate role after training as a professional dancer in England. Discovering firsthand the transformative mental and physical benefits of Pilates, she became passionate about sharing its impact with others.
Lena creates a welcoming, fun and uplifting space where clients of all ages and abilities can build strength, improve movement efficiency, and leave each session feeling recharged and empowered. Drawing on her diverse training, she offers a well-rounded, personalized approach to movement.
June's Pilates journey began with a deeply personal experience— witnessing a family member's recovery from double hip replacement surgery. Inspired by the transformative power of movement, she left her career in tech to pursue her passion for Pilates.
Having spent nearly a decade at a desk herself, June understands that movement doesn't always come naturally to everyone. This understanding shapes her teaching philosophy, where progress is celebrated over perfection. Her classes are designed to meet clients where they are, embracing the beauty and intention of mindful movement and honoring the idea that movement is a process, not a destination.
